Sir, - I thought I should write to you to express how impressed the AA has been with the efforts of Dublin Bus over the Christmas period. The expanded Nitelink proved to be an absolutely first-class service. I used it several times myself and found myself singing its praises. The AA also received a number of very positive comments from members of the public.
In my own experience the service was reliable, efficient and comfortable, and every driver that I met was polite and friendly. I hope that the experience of Christmas 2000 will mean that the expanded service is here to stay, especially at times of peak demand.
In the meantime credit should be given to Dublin Bus. Through its efforts, The festive season was made a great deal more festive for citizens of the capital. - Yours, etc.,
