Madam, - It seems to me that if Michael O'Leary chooses to hire a "legitimate" taxi every time he wishes to traverse Dublin it will cause just as much congestion as if he uses his own taxi. The only way to solve this problem is to keep bus lanes for buses only. This means no cars of any sort should be permitted, not even taxis.
This will work unless some bright entrepreneur decides to buy himself a bus. - Yours etc.,
