Sir, - Words such as tears, humiliation, depression, and distress have been used about the state of the pregnant 20-year-old who received some rather "in-yourface" counselling at the hands of the Aadam's Women's Centre. However, nothing is said about the feelings of the innocent baby whose life that day hung in the balance. Had he/she been aware of just what a "close-run thing" life was becoming, words such as terrified, agonised, rejected and destroyed might have been applicable.

Perhaps those gruesome videos did prolong the life of this particular child - and maybe others also? If abortion is such an acceptable option, why should those who propose its use flinch at a film which accurately depicts the procedure, unless of course they fear that the truth will be revealed in all its appalling ugliness? - Yours, etc.,
