Madam, - I wrote in last week, inquiring as to the whereabouts of Price Albert's statue on Merrion Street. Let me apologise for causing a panic among the four or five people in Dublin who notice such things, clearly I wrote too soon. Walking past Merrion Square last night I saw that he's back in his usual shady spot, keeping guard over the cars in the car park at Government Buildings. I was relieved to see him looking so well. But the question remains, where was he? Out for a stroll? Gone to see relatives? Off visiting the statues of Parnell and Thomas Moore? - Yours, etc.,
