Sir, - I read recently of the scarcity of the top selling toy this Christmas - the Pokemon. I would like to report the scarcity of another type of Christmas gift.
My husband is a frequent DART traveller and I wanted to purchase an annual DART ticket for him for Christmas. However, after numerous enquiries to Iarnrod Eireann, I was told that tickets valid from January 1st, 2000 were not yet available. This time last year the situation was exactly the same.
