Madam, - Is there a need for public transport to rural pubs? Why not have car pools?
If the rural community used cars up to now, why not share the driving, with the driver staying on minerals once in five visits? It would be more sociable, more ecological and less expensive. Surely a win win situation. - Yours, etc,
