Sir, - Less than a week after the tragedy at Fethard-on-Sea, your edition of August 3rd included an account and photograph of yet another tragic sea search, this time in Kenmare Bay. Incredibly, three of the seven volunteer searchers pictured do not appear to be wearing life-jackets. The facts speak for themselves. - Yours, etc.,
