Madam, - Revisiting Connolly Station recently, I was most impressed by improvements carried out to platforms six and seven.
Particularly praiseworthy was the removal of the ghastly seats which just cluttered the place and were such an eyesore. I watched as weary shoppers and elderly folk alike stood in appreciation of this bold move.
I look forward to the extension of this enlightened policy and the removal of those needless seats in carriages, solving our rail capacity problems in one fell swoop.
