Sir, - I see yet again that Fergal Quinn favours further taxes (road pricing) on motorists (The Irish Times, November 20th) - as if we do not already contribute enough to the Exchequer by way of car-tax, petrol tax and the various hidden taxes when purchasing a new car. Might I suggest that if he is so concerned about road traffic he might start by having a look in his own back yard - the entrance and exit to his Sutton supermarket cause untold traffic congestion on the busy Dublin/ Howth Road. But then, unlike so many Dublin business people, isn't he fortunate to have parking space for his customers? - Yours, etc.,
