Sir, - I was very dismayed to see Noel Connolly refer to war as "sometimes justified" (September 27th). War is never justified. If America goes to war, it is inevitable that innocent people will die. How can we be so misguided as to view an innocent person being put to death as a just killing? We should be anxious for the world we live in. - Yours, etc.,
