Your caption identifies the famous Alfie Byrne, Lord Mayor of Dublin, with his arm raised. However, you neglect to identify W.T. Cosgrave, immediately behind O'Duffy.
I suppose one does not like drawing attention to the Blue origins of Fine Gael. - Yours, etc,
