Sir, - Regarding the ever growing number of tribunals of inquiry that we taxpayers are having to pay for, why is there no automatic mechanism of referral to the criminal courts, once a crime has been established beyond all reasonable doubt?
I can only surmise that this is due to the fact that the judiciary are not at arms length from the Government. As the Latin saying goes "corruptio optimi pessima" ... the corruption of the best is the worst. - Yours, etc., Drostan Grant,
