Madam, - I refer to a restaurant review dated August 25th by your critic Tom Doorley, in which he said he added a €5 tip to a rather steep bill of €68.50 for "service that was never actually rude" at the Out of the Blue restaurant in Dingle, Co Kerry. Can you please ask Mr Doorley how much he would have given if the service had been (a) downright rude; (b) excellent? - Yours, etc,
