Sir, - Thousands of tonnes of rubbish are produced annually - a goodly proportion plastic bottles and containers. Our current thinking is to build an incinerator and pollute the air above as well as the ground below.
Incredibly, we are currently witnessing the demise of the largest glass bottle manufacturing plant we have, never mind the loss of valuable, productive jobs. - Yours, etc.,
