The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) confirmed yesterday it had reached agreement with all 28 International Olympic Summer Federations for its random drug-testing programme.
Agreement was finally reached after three federations - gymnastics, volleyball and pentathlon - had delayed signing with the other 25 on August 14th.
WADA will conduct more than 2,000 doping out-of-competition tests before the Sydney Olympic Games and have appointed the Drug-Free Sport Consortium (DFSC) to conduct the tests.
