Bandon Grammar ran in four tries as they made light work of home side Midleton in their opening game yesterday. Midleton had the better of the opening exchanges with Simon Lyons kicking them into a 6-0 lead, but Bandon replied immediately.
A try from Aaron Hughes soon had them in front after a Philip Smith penalty minutes earlier. Further tries from David Deasy, Leslie Busteed and Ronan Harris saw Bandon run out convincing winners.
