NICK BEAL, Northampton's versatile back, becomes the eighth new England cap in just two matches this season when he deputises for concussed fullback Tim Stimpson against Argentina at Twickenham on Saturday.

In an adjusted back division, Jeremy Guscott earns a swift recall as a winger after losing out in the centre shoot out against Italy last month to new captain Phil de Glanville and old leader Will Carling.

Carling and de Glanville stay in midfield but coach Jack Rowell gets round the Carling Guscott dilemmas' by taking advantage of an injury to Adedayo Adebayo to put Guscott on the wing after 45 caps as centre since 1989.

So Rowell will not need to choose again between Guscott and Carling - who have been England centres in 43 Tests together - until the Five Nations Championship in February.
