Rugby Digest/European Cup: Biarritz flanker Serge Betsen will have to appear before an independent disciplinary committee following last week's citing complaint from Wasps.

The 30-year-old was cited following the Pool One match between Biarritz and Wasps at Parc des Sports Aguilera on January 15th.

The France international was cited for allegedly tripping Wasps centre Stuart Abbott with his foot during the match which Biarritz won 18-15. An independent disciplinary panel will hear the complaint on a date to be fixed.
