The various rights have been synchronised so that once next season's National Leagues are over, all television and radio rights will run for the same three-year period. Broken into a number of bundles, the coverage is likely to be spread between a number of stations although the most significant bundle, which includes All-Ireland finals, semi-finals and first choice of the previous rounds, will go to a terrestrial broadcaster. An announcement is expected this side of Christmas.

New sponsorship deal

The championships will have new sponsors and for the first time since sponsorship was introduced the single, name sponsor - Guinness or Bank of Ireland - will be replaced by three sponsors for each championship. As the terms of the new agreement will include branding on broadcasts the contracts can't be finalised until after the broadcasting rights are allocated. Details of both are likely to be released simultaneously.
