Grand National hero Bobbyjo is set to make his reappearance at Fairyhouse on Sunday.
The 10-year-old, who was sixth behind Eulogy in the Whitbread Gold Cup at Sandown in April on his last racecourse appearance, will have his seasonal debut over timber in the Teal Handicap Hurdle over two and a half miles.
Trainer Tommy Carberry said yesterday: "I'm pleased with him and hopefully he'll run. I don't know if Paul (Carberry) will ride him, we'll just have to see."
A repeat attempt at Aintree is on the cards but his trainer, does not have any specific targets for the gelding.
"We'll just see as we go along. I'd like to get a run over fences into him but it depends on the ground, he wants fairly decent going."
Mantles Prince, who won last Saturday's Ladbroke Hurdle from 12 lb. out of the handicap, has been raised 18 lb. for that performance by the senior jumps handicapper, Noel O'Brien.
"When the weights for the Ladbroke were published before Christmas, Mantles Prince was given a mark of 115, although I subsequently raised him 3 lb., to 118, for his run at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting when narrowly beaten by Spokesman," said O'Brien. "Following his performance on Saturday, I've put him up to 136."
She's Our Mare, who was third in the race, has been raised 1 lb., while Native Dara, who finished fourth from 9 lb. out of the handicap, has gone up 4 lb. in the ratings. The fifth horse, Knife Edge, has been dropped 3 lb.
Stage Affair was yesterday ruled out of the Smurfit Champion Hurdle.
The promising six-year-old will take on Istabraq in the AIG Europe Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown a week on Sunday but his Cheltenham Festival target is to be the Capel Cure Sharp Supreme Novices' Hurdle.
Trainer Dermot Weld said: "Stage Affair is a definite runner in the Irish Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown on January 23rd and Tony McCoy will ride.
"The experience against horses like Limestone Lad and Istabraq should be of enormous benefit to him and I am really looking forward to the race.
"As for Cheltenham, however, the novice hurdle is the target and I have no jockey booked at present."
Stage Affair won his first four starts over hurdles this term but went down by three lengths to Moscow Flyer when 4 to 11 favourite to maintain his unbeaten record at Fairyhouse in November.
He had been quoted at 25 to 1 for the Champion Hurdle.
Jockey Maurice Ahern was handed a two-day whip ban after the Hereford yesterday after the stewards found him guilty of using his whip in an incorrect place aboard unplaced Oneanthreequarters.
