The champions are not much changed from last season but having missed Mark Dempsey for the bulk of their title winning season their limited summer dealings still leave them looking a little stronger.

Pete Mahon, though, may still want to tinker with his predecessor's panel over the coming weeks, though, in a couple of departments. A central defender will presumably be needed for a start if Shaun Maher's decided not to stay long term while Alex Nesovic's departure would create a vacancy for a striker if indeed he has departed. Whatever happens, they'll surely be there or there or abouts.
