A goal five minutes from time earned junior side, Clonmel Town, a deserved draw against Rockmount, from Cork, at Clonmel yesterday.
A Paul Ryan cross from the left wing was headed home by Robbie Boland to secure a replay in Cork next Sunday and maintain the Tipperary side's interest in the event.
The home side continued to press forward in front of over 1,000 supporters and Moroney again, Tony Scully and Boland all went close before Rockmount took the lead against the run of play after 34 minutes. Pat Oldham rose highest in the Clonmel area to head a Kieran O'Shea corner kick past Clonmel goalkeeper, Stephen O'Neill.
