Men's Hockey: A last minute short corner goal by Stephen Butler earned Ireland a draw with Italy at Grange Road last night. Gianluca Cirelli gave Italy the lead and although Justin Sherriff equalised, Massimo Lanzano made it 2-1.

Mark Gleghorne put Ireland back on terms in the 27th minute from a drag flick, only for Nicola Sanasa to restore Italy's advantage. It seemed that the Italians might hold on for victory but Butler saved the day.
