Leinster have made changes to the side beaten by the Ospreys for tomorrow's game against Glasgow at Donnybrook. Gary Brown, Guy Easterby, John Lyne, Adam Byrnes and Jamie Heaslip come into the team.

Brendan Burke and Brian O'Meara drop to the bench with Des Dillon, Eric Miller (damaged ankle) and Ronan McCormack, who all started the last day, not included in the match 22. Byrnes will make his competitive debut for the province - he was included for the recent trip to Wales. Niall Ronan comes into the replacements.

Munster coach Declan Kidney has finalised his pack but not the back line ahead of tomorrow's game against the Ospreys in Cork. He awaits fitness reports on Anthony Horgan (Achilles tendon) and Peter Stringer (shoulder).

Connacht have made one change to the side that beat Cardiff for tomorrow's clash with Edinburgh at Murrayfield. Ray Hogan, who was originally selected for last weekend before being ruled out with a knee injury, comes in at loosehead prop in place of Dan McFarland.
