DEFENDING CHAMPIONS Cork make just one change in personnel for Sunday’s National Football League final against Mayo in Croke Park. Dual player Eoin Cadogan, who has also qualified for next week’s hurling league final, switches from centre back to corner back in place of Eoin Cotter, who drops to the bench. All-Ireland winning captain Graham Canty has recovered from injury and resumes at number six.

Since the defeat of Down earlier in the month, panellist Eoin O’Mahony has picked up a broken hand in a club fixture and Ciarán Sheehan, recovering from last year’s cruciate injury, continues to make good progress.

Mayo won’t release their team until later today but centrefielder Aidan O’Shea, who missed the epic semi-final win over Kerry, won’t be fit to return and Aidan Campbell, who featured as a replacement in the semi-final is carrying a knock.

Meanwhile Tyrone show five changes to the team that started their previous match in the league, against Monaghan, for Sunday’s Division Two final, which will be the curtain raiser at Croke Park. Jonathan Curran, Conor Gormley, Damian McCaul, Aidan Cassidy and Niall McKenna come in for Pascal McConnell, in goal, the injured Justin McMahon at full back, Ryan McMenamin at left back, centrefielder Michael Murphy and forward Kyle Coney, who will miss the rest of the season with a torn groin.
