CBC 26 Castletroy 6:LEFT WING Ben O'Callaghan scored three tries when helping CBC into the Munster Schools Junior Cup final at Dooradoyle yesterday.

Castletroy went into a fifth-minute lead from a penalty by Conor Linehan but Michael Clune swept in for the first of the four CBC tries two minutes later and Michael O’Halloran converted.

Another penalty by Linehan kept Castletroy in touch but by half-time O’Callaghan had a brace of tries, and was to score one more at the end of the second.

An injury to scrumhalf Conor Fleming forced a 12-minute delay just after the interval and he was removed to hospital with a suspected neck injury.
