Armagh SF
The defending Ulster champions have opted for an experienced team for their tough opening tie against Tyrone. Barry O'Hagan, who impressed in the All-Ireland semi-final series against Kerry last summer, is named at centre halfforward. The defensive unit is unchanged from that which has impressed in recent seasons. Diarmuid Marsden can look forward to his first summer fully free from injury in quite a while.
ARMAGH: B Tierney; A McNulty, G Reid, J McNulty; J Hughes, K McGeeney, A McCann; J McEntee, P McGrane; C O'Rourke, B O'Hagan, O McConville; J McDonnell, D Marsden, T McEntee.
Dublin SH
Kevin Fennelly's preparations for the championship opener against Laois have been blighted with injury worries. Kevin O'Donoghue is out with a broken arm, Dermot Daly will also be unavailable with a foot injury and Aodhan De Paor broke his jaw in training. On a brighter note, David Wyse returns after an injury absence. Fennelly may be in a position to name his side tonight.
Laois SH
Nicolas Lacey, the team's corner back, remains a doubt for Sunday's encounter with Dublin while the influential Niall Rigney will sit the afternoon out on suspension accrued through his dismissal against Carlow in the preliminary rounds.
Donegal SF
The squad emerged from last Sunday's draw injury free but Mickey Moran is unlikely to finalise a team until Friday.
Fermanagh SF
John Maughan's side trained last night with full-forward Stephen Maguire resting. The Belcoo man aggravated a leg muscle in his great contribution against Donegal in last Sunday's draw but is expected to recover for Saturday's replay.
Roscommon SF
The side to face New York will be named later today. The selection has been influenced by a number of injury blows. Out are Ian Daly and Don Connellan, who hurt his knee in a recent challenge game. Also gone is Donal Casserly. Returning to the frame though are Clifford McDonald and Frankie Dolan.
