With the scores level, Scoil Eoin's Darren O'Brien did the damage when he kicked a late penalty to put his side 11-8 in front.

Then the south Kildare school made certain of victory when prop Derek Tynan did all the spade work before sending centre Aaron Cuddy over in the corner for an unconverted try.
