Waterford United v UCD, 7.45 - UCD manager Martin Moran insists Waterford will start as favourites at the Regional Sports Centre tonight, writes Emmet Malone.
UCD's cause has not been helped by the fact the postponement of the game has meant United have managed to get a handful of suspensions out of the way before this encounter.
"The fact that they have been going well counts for a lot," he said yesterday. "That will make them favourites, but this game means a great deal in terms of our season and so it's up to our lads to raise their game."
The visitors will be without Clive Delaney whose suspension makes questions regarding his fitness irrelevant while neither John Martin nor Kevin Grogan are fit. However Moran says there will definitely be changes, especially in defence where there were obvious difficulties in Sunday's defeat by Bohemians.
United, meanwhile, have Dave Whittle suspended and so Brendan Rea is likely to start despite still having some problems with a hamstring injury.
Alan Kirby took a knock in the Cobh game at the weekend but should be fit while Paul Scully will start on the bench due to a groin injury. Kevin Waters should figure in some way after shaking off the flu. Paul Cashin and Jason Bowman continue to be ruled out by injury.
