Golf Masters: Paul Dowling has been well represented on our leaderboard since we kicked off with the Players Championship back in March and he's not slow to pick up the phone and change around his teams.
Despite all that it's a team he left untouched until last week that now represents one of his best chances of overall success and have earned Dowling a fourball at Druids Heath by topping the weekly standings.
Fasth and Furious were lying 148th ahead of week 19 action but they had all 10 transfers intact. Dowling got rid of the idle Darren Clarke, Colin Montgomerie and Charl Schwartzel and brought in Damien McGrane, Mark Hensby and Adam Scott. Between them the new recruits won a180,166.67 which meant that despite Fasth missing the cut they were comfortable winners of the weekly prize.
Fasth and Furious are now 28th overall with seven transfers remaining. Of the top 50, only Teddy's Tighe's Eureka (rank 35, nine transfers) and Patrick Curley's Speaker 4 (rank 49, 10 transfers) have been less active in the market so far.
Only one selection included both Hensby and the week's other tournament winner Vijay Singh. They gave Team 23420 a a200,000 start but they totalled just a218,250 to rank 42nd. We checked the registration line ready to offer their manager one of our highly prized Cutter & Buck shirts as consolation. Alas there was no name, no number and so no reward.
