Niall Finnegan is still not fit to take his place in the Galway team for Sunday's Connacht football semi-final replay against Sligo in Tuam. Although he featured for a minute in the drawn match and took a full part in training last night, manager John O'Mahony has decided not to risk starting the player and John Donnellan retains his place at left corner forward.

Paul Clancy has, however, been declared fit although he only did light work last night. The only change on the team sees Jarlath Fallon, now recovered from injury, start instead of Shay Walsh.

Derry have named an unchanged 15 for Sunday's Ulster semi-final against Armagh. There are, however, a couple of positional changes in attack. Dermot Heaney starts on the wing instead of at full forward, Seamus Downey moves in from the corner to full forward and Johnny McBride moves up to left corner forward from the wing.

Niall McCreadie was cautioned at the same meeting after the GAC considered his

conduct in the incident which led to Armagh's Oisin McConville being sent off on June 13th. McConville was subsequently exonerated on review of the video evidence.

Reports had suggested that a video from a different angle showed that McConville had been correctly sent off. GAC's response was that they were obliged to look at only the official video.

Donegal manager Declan Bonner's case in respect of pitch incursions has been put back to the next GAC meeting.
