A star performance from captain and scrumhalf Mark Flynn won the honours for Presentation, Bray, in this Leinster Schools Senior Cup tie at Kilternan. Flynn scored a try in each half while Templeogue struggled to get to grips with the game. With a strong performance from the pack and skilful line kicking by Flynn and outhalf Robert Maher, Presentation kept Templeogue pinned well within their own half. The inevitable followed with Flynn's smart first try which was converted by number eight Peter Hipple.
Further dominance created an opportunity just before half-time when a real forwards' try was credited to Glenn Carroll.
Presentation maintained the pressure throughout the second half. Flynn broke through a demoralised defence to cross in the corner with Hipple landing the conversion. Then prop Alex O'Sullivan scored under the posts well into injury time and Hipple added the points.
