TOM KIERNAN, chairman of the Five Nations Committee, has called a meeting of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France to debate England's Five Nations future at a secret venue on Monday night.
England yesterday submitted to the other four nations fresh proposals designed to end the feud over TV rights which resulted in their expulsion from the Five Nations Championship.
England's hope is that their rethink during last Wednesday's executive committee meeting will encourage the other unions to come back to the negotiating table.
