Westmeath: All six delegates voted in favour as was previously declared. (6 For; 0 Against)

Longford: Having originally proposed their own motion to end Rule 42, all six delegates voted in favour of the Roscommon motion. (6 For; 0 Against)

Louth: Only five of the six possible delegates were able to attend and all five voted in favour of opening Croke Park. (5 For; 0 Against)

Meath: Of the 10 delegates, it was disclosed only that the majority did vote against the motion. It is believed that at least seven voted against. (3 For; 7 Against)

Dublin: A straw poll on the previous Monday indicated that all were in favour of the motion but of the 11 delegates, it was a seven-four split with seven in favour and four against. (7 For; 4 Against)

Carlow: All five delegates voted in favour of the motion as was previously decided. (5 For; 0 Against)

Clare: All 10 delegates voted in favour of the motion as was previously mandated. (10 For; 0 Against)

Kerry: Nine of the 10 delegates were in attendance, and all nine voted in favour of the motion. (9 for; 0 Against)

Cork: All 10 delegates were previously mandated to vote against the motion and there was no change in that stance. (0 For; 10 Against)

Limerick: Another controversial vote ended with one delegate breaking from the mandate to vote in favour of the motion. (9 For; 1 Against)

Waterford: All seven delegates voted against the motion. (0 For; 7 Against)

Tipperary: All 11 delegates voted against the motion as was previously mandated after secret ballot at a full county board meeting. (0 For; 11 Against)

Ulster

Cavan: All seven delegates voted in favour of the motion as was previously indicated. (7 For; 0 Against)

Down: All eight delegates in attendance voted against the motion as was previously declared. (0 For; 8 Against)

Antrim: All seven delegates in attendance voted in favour of the Roscommon motion. (7 For; 0 Against)

Armagh: After a controversial split, three voted for and three voted against. (3 For; 3 Against)

Derry: All six delegates voted against the motion as was previously decided. (0 For; 6 Against)

Donegal: All seven delegates in attendance voted in favour of the motion. (7 For; 0 Against)

Fermanagh: It is known that the majority of delegates voted against the motion. (0 For, 5 Against)

Monaghan: All six delegates voted in favour of the motion as was previously declared. (6 For; 0 Against)

Tyrone: A previous mandate resulted in all eight delegates voting against the motion. (0 For; 8 Against)

Connacht

Galway: Of the 10 delegates in attendance, six voted in favour and four against after a free vote at Congress. (6 For; 4 Against)

Leitrim: All five delegates voted in favour of the motion as was previously declared. (5 For; 0 Against)

Mayo: Despite reports that some delegates abstained from voting, all five voted in favour of the motion. (5 For; 0 Against)

Roscommon: Not surprisingly, all six delegates voted in favour of their motion even though one of them was originally opposed. (6 For; 0 Against)

Sligo: Five of the six delegates were in attendance and all voted in favour of the motion, as decided on the night. (5 For; 0 Against)
