Competitive in the league without progressing very far. Liam Dunne has rebuilt the team in a number of areas but they continue to struggle at the top level. Can take solace from last year's championship when taking Leinster champions Dublin to a replay and All-Ireland winners Clare to extra time. As well as encouraging recent challenge performances. Can renew rivalry with Dublin but are conceding too many scores.
Last good day: Defeating Tipperary in the 2007 All-Ireland quarter-final.
