Lightning struck twice as out-of-form Stephen Hendry crashed out of the £350,000 Grand Prix in Bournemouth last night.
The world number one, who perished in his first match of the event 12 months ago against Matthew Stevens, this time went down 5-3 against compatriot Jamie Burnett.
The defeat only compounds the early season headaches suffered by Hendry, who has already lost his opening match in the Catch China International Challenge and the Regal Scottish Masters.
