WOMEN'S RUGBY/IRELAND v WALES:TRADITIONALLY THERE is not much more than a score between these teams, and with both going into the match with two wins from three starts, home advantage for Ireland could tilt the result in their favour.

Wales have made three changes, all in the pack, for the crunch match. Openside flanker Jamie Kitt has been handed her first start of the series after recovering from injury, with Catrina Nichola moving to blindside. Rachael Taylor replaces the injured Gemma Hallett in the secondrow and Louise Horgan starts at loosehead prop, with Jenny Davis moving to the other side.

Ireland know a win could see them finish in the top three for the first time, so they will not be short on incentive. But they know Wales will be experienced and physical in the contact area.

"It was great to put away two good wins in front of big home crowds at St Mary's College RFC when we won against Scotland and Italy," said Irish lock Geri Healy last week, " but I feel we've yet to play our best rugby, so the next two games should be interesting. You couldn't ask for more challenging opponents than Wales and England."
