Roy Keane's long-awaited comeback lasted just 45 minutes and produced a familiar yellow card as Manchester United began their three-match tour of Scandinavia with a draw against Norwegian part-timers Valerengea in Oslo.
Keane was substituted at halftime as a precaution in his first game for 10 months after recovering from a knee ligament injury. He showed good movement but was booked for a late challenge.
Valerengea took a surprise lead after just seven minutes but Paul Scholes soon equalised.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaerburst through two minutes later to put United ahead but the Norwegians equalised early in the second half.
