Christy Ring Cup Kildare 2-13 Wicklow 2-12: Kildare chalked up their second victory in the Christy Ring Cup in Arklow on Saturday.
Wicklow led by 1-9 to 0-6 at the break, their goal coming from a Jonathan O'Neill penalty.
Adrian McAndrew goaled for Kildare in the second half and a string of points from Mattie Dowd brought the sides level at 1-12 each after 60 minutes. Dowd pointed again in the 63rd minute to give his side the lead.
Wicklow then suffered a cruel blow. Seánie Kinsella gave the ball straight to Kildare's Billy White in front of goal. His shot was blocked by Tom Finn but the sliotar trickled over the line.
In the closing minutes Don Hyland was fouled in the area and O'Neill again goaled from the penalty spot.
