Limerick SHC/ Kilmallock 2-15 Patrickswell 1-16: Three late points from Paddy Connery, Paudie O'Dwyer and Brian O'Sullivan gave Kilmallock their ticket to the Limerick senior hurling final at the Gaelic Grounds yesterday.

Behind 0-9 to 1-8 at the break, Barry Foley had the 'Well in front, 1-14 to 1-10, after 45 minutes - however, fellow veteran Mike Houlihan sparked a Kilmallock revival with a great point.

County star Andrew O'Shaughnessy - showing a return to top form - narrowed the gap still further, before setting up minor star Eoin Ryan for a crucial second goal to make it 2-12 to 1-14 and Kilmallock never looked back from that point.
