Leinster coach Michael Cheika has included new signings Will Green, Adam Byrnes, Ronan McCormack and local favourite James Heaslip in the squad to face Overmach Parma at Naas RFC on Saturday (3pm).
Brendan Burke, Gary Brown and Niall Ronan are also named in the squad.
For his first game in charge, Cheika includes development players Johnny Wickham, Simon Crawford, outhalf Eoghan Hickey and a number of Leinster Academy players - including Ireland under-19 captain fullback Robert Kearney - in a largely experimental panel for Leinster's opening game of the season.
Leinster will face the Northampton Saints on the newly re-laid surface in Donnybrook on Friday week, August 26th (7.30pm) before the Celtic League kicks off in September.
Meanwhile, Connacht flanker Brendan O'Connor (22) could miss the start of the season after picking up an ankle ligament injury during in the first half against Overmach Parma on Tuesday evening.
However, the injury is not as serious as was initially feared and he is expected to be back in action in a few weeks.
New signing Andrew Gallacher is set to make his debut when they take on Leicester Tigers at the Sportsground tomorrow evening. The Kiwi will partner skipper Andrew Farley in the second row as Michael Bradley fields a strong side for the visit of the former Heineken European Cup winners.
Colm Rigney will play his first game since returning to Connacht after two seasons with Leeds Tykes.
