Connacht MFC Semi-finals/Mayo 4-12 Rosscommon 0-7: Impressive Mayo qualified for a Connacht minor championship final meeting with Galway following this 17-point win over Roscommon at McHale Park, Castlebar, on Saturday.
A well-worked 16th-minute goal from centre half forward Martin Conroy helped Mayo to a 1-6 to 0-5 lead at the interval.
On the resumption Mayo continued to dominate and in the process landed some magnificent scores. During the second half they added a further 3-6 to their tally with the goals coming from Enda Kenny, David Kilcullen and Dara Hughes.
