Leinster fell 12-0 behind before tries from Michael Keating and Gonzaga's Neil Hanratty reduced the deficit.

Gavin Greene added a try, and the impressive substitute Ian McKinley added a penalty before Leinster skipper Michael Noone sealed the win with a last-minute try, converted by McKinley.
