Three championship matches will be shown live this weekend. The Munster hurling replay between Clare and Tipperary at Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Saturday will start at 3.30 with Dickie Murphy from Wexford as referee.

On Sunday, RTE will televise the second match of the Croke Park double header between Kildare and Offaly at 2.40.

RTE then switches to the Connacht football semi-final between Mayo and Roscommon in Castlebar where the throw-in will be at 4.20. The Munster hurling championship match between Cork and Waterford will not be shown on live television, nor will the Ulster championship replay between Armagh and Donegal or the match between Cavan and Derry in Casement Park. It is understood that highlights of all the games will be shown on RTE's Sunday night programme.

Kildare could be without three regulars - midfielder Niall Buckley, free-taker Padraig Gravin and goalkeeper Christy Byrne - when the team to play Offaly in the Leinster championship on Sunday is announced tonight. Buckley and Gravin, struggling to recover from hamstring injuries, are causing most concern while Byrne has a knee injury. Meanwhile, Karl O'Dwyer, John Finn and Glen Ryan have recovered from injury and are expected to be named in the team.
