Munster MFC Semi-finalsCork 3-14 Tipperary 0-7 Cork had little difficulty beating a weak challenge from Tipperary at a wet Gaelic Grounds last evening.
Tipperary trailed by just 0-4 to 0-2 after 17 minutes but the floodgates opened after the excellent Colm O'Neill found the net in the 25th minute and Cork led 1-8 to 0-4 at the interval.
Dave Kearney ended any hopes of a Tipperary revival with a 38th-minute goal before Colm O'Driscoll rattled in the third to make it 3-12 to 0-5 after 50 minutes.
