Australian cross country championship in Canberra yesterday. O'Sullivan eased to a comfortable 29 second victory over local favourite Natalie Harvey.

As she has done for the last number of years, O'Sullivan is preparing for her track season with warm weather training in Australia. The Cobh athlete received an invitation to take part in the cross country event. It was her first victory in a cross country event for five years.
