Bray Wanderers 4 Drogheda United 3: DEREK PENDER'S late strike snatched victory for Bray in last night's seven-goal thriller at the Carlisle Grounds.
Bray went in front on 11 minutes when striker Andy Myler headed home Paddy Kavanagh's looping cross from the left. Drogheda winger Shane Robinson received his second yellow card on 33 minutes for a foul on Kavanagh, but the Louthmen still equalised through Sami Ristilla five minutes before the interval. Colm Tresson restored Bray's lead seconds before the half-time whistle.
Goalkeeper Paul Skinner was adjudged to have carried the ball over the line to put Bray 3-1 before goals from Brian Shelley and Richie Baker brought the teams level before Pender's intervention.
