Mount Temple's impressive pack made all the running in this Junior Cup, Section A match at Belfield. St Columba's took until the second half before presenting any sort of challenge but, by then, Mount Temple had notched up three converted tries.

Their formidable number eight Daragh Ffrench opened the scoring when he broke from a five-yard scrum. The Mount Temple pack continued their excellent work with Ffrench and second row, Noel Leonard, putting further distance between the sides with full back Paul Ferns converting all three scores.
