Ciaran Power of the Comeragh club, riding with the Carrick-Cidona team, emerged as the leading overall rider in the Tour of Ulster.
As when he won the FBD Milk Ras last year, Power failed to win a stage - he had two second places, a third and a fifth - but he had 28 seconds to spare over Mark Scanlon at the end of the 208-mile, four-stage race.
Paul Griffin, who had the same time as Scanlon, was third.
Going into yesterday morning's 46 miles from Monaghan to Omagh, Bill Moore, Scanlon, Power and Ian Chivers were all on the same time, separated only on points with their closest challengers just seconds behind.
However, Power and team-mate Brian Kenneally went ahead on the second climb at Fivemiletown and they finished 21 seconds ahead of Denis Easton and Griffin with Tommy Evans and Scanlon just another second in arrears.
The time trial over 1.2 miles was won by John Grant, two seconds better than Power.
