Limerick preview: The form of Edward O'Grady's string has been a feature of the Christmas racing bonanza so far and there will be many at Limerick today willing to bet Kasimali can maintain the hot streak.

The consistent four-year-old has already paid his way with a comprehensive success here on Thursday, when he beat Here Comes Sally by two-and-a-half lengths.

He returns to the course and distance this afternoon for the two-and-three-quarter-mile handicap hurdle and a 4lb penalty should be no problem for Kasimali, whose ability to handle the testing going has been so recently demonstrated.

The Tallow point-to-point winner Whatever You Think is O'Grady's representative in the concluding bumper but this one faces a dangerous opponent in Mrs Hardy, who found only Let Yourself Go too good in a similar race at Cork a couple of weeks ago.

High Diving returned to action here last Thursday with a very promising third behind Splurge. Ger Lynch gives him a quick follow-up over two and a quarter miles in the handicap hurdle and High Diving should go close off a low weight.

Lady Bolino's last start over jumps ended with a reasonable fourth behind Strath Gallant at Fairyhouse, and a slight improvement on that would give her a real chance in the opening maiden hurdle.

It can only be in her favour that Lady Bolino won her bumper at Down Royal last March on ground with a dig in it.

The hunters chase looks quite a competitive heat with some powerful yards represented.

The Robert Tyner team have been in decent form recently though, and Railway Ranger could be the one to emerge best ahead of Some Craic, while Melena Star is preferred in the mares' maiden hurdle.
